This is a recently renovated and fully furnished 2 Bedroom/1Bathroom apartment located at the 4th floor of a walk up building on 117th street at the corner of Lexington avenue.
The apartment :
When you enter the premises you will find the living room on your right it is furnished with a sofa , a coffee table, and a wide flat screen TV.
Facing the living room there is the open kitchen fully equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a stove, and an oven. Dishes and cookwares are also available.
Facing the entrance, there is the first bedroom furnished with a queen size bed and a bedside table and a built in closet.
The bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen it provides a toilet, a sink and a separate shower.
Next to the bathroom there is the second bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, a built-in closet and a small dresser.
Neighborhood: The neighborhood boundaries are Harlem River to the north, the East River to the east, East 96th Street to the south, and 5th Avenue to the west. There are stores everywhere such as delis, groceries, dry cleaners, restaurants, cafes, a supermarket.
