This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a walk-up building.

You enter the apartment through the hallway which leads to the living room.
The living room has wooden floors and a window facing the back of the building. It is furnished with a sofa, a bookcase with a stereo, a dresser with a TV, a coffee table and an armchair.
One carpeted and air conditioned bedroom is accessible through the living room and has to windows facing the street. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a bedside table, two chairs and a dresser.
The tiled kitchen is accessible through the living room as well and has one window facing the back of the building. It is equipped with cabinets, a sink, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a microwave, a stove and an oven. Cookware, dining ware and other kitchen utensils such as a coffee maker and a toaster are also available.
The full tiled bathroom has a window facing the back and is equipped with a bathtub with shower and a toilet. There is no sink.
The other carpeted bedroom has one window facing the street and is furnished with a full size bed, a chair, a desk, a dresser and a small TV.

Transportation: F train runs at Lexington Avenue/63rd Street Station, four blocks from the building, N, R, W, 4, 5 and 6 trains run at Lexington Avenue/59th Street, eight blocks from the building.

Neighborhood: Supermarket, pharmacy are nearby. Lexington, Second and Third Avenue are the main street where most of the amenities are located.
This building is positioned close to Hunter College, the Manhattan Eye-Ear-Throat Hospital, Marymount Manhattan College, Rockefeller University, Weill Cornell Medical College and The University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell.
