This is a fully furnished, newly renovated air-conditioned 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with wooden floors throughout the apartment, located on the second floor of a walk-up building on 26th Steet between the second and the third Avenue.
When You enter the premises you will find on your left the open kitchen which is equipped with with a stove, an oven, a sink, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a microwave and a dinnig table with four chairs. There is cookware available, dining ware and other kitchen utensils.
Next to the kitchen, there is a nice living room which has wooden floor and is furnished with a double size sofabed, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.
On the left of the living room, there is a hallway with the bathroom, equipped with a sink, a toilet and a bathtub.
At the end of the hallway you will find the bedroom, furnished with a double size bed, a closet and a dresser.

Train #6 runs at the corner of Lexington Street and 28th Street which is about 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in Murray Hill. This district has a lot of restaurants, bars and is very close from the East Village. The apartment is also located few train station way from museums, parks and famous places such asthe Empire State Building and the Flatiron Building.
