The apartment will be booked when Urban living International receives the signed contracts, and the deposits.
The owner may want to know your exact arrival time so you can be greeted when you arrive at the apartment.
Urban living International charges a reservation fee only when we have found the apartment you agree to rent. This fee is a percentage of the rent and varies according to the length of rental. It is payable when you sign the contract.
