1. Where can I find the Metro-Homes Properties privacy policy?

2. I would like to make a reservation online. However, I am not well versed in English. Can someone help me through this process?
Our website is available in many languages. You may also call the agency and talk to one of our agents. Our staff members speak English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Italian, and Portuguese. We would be glad to assist you in your reservation process. See our Contact Page to find the mode of communication that is right for you.

3. Our plane lands in the morning. How soon can we move into the apartment?
Unfortunately, check-in starts at 3 PM. However, you may come to the agency, drop off your luggage, tour the city, come back shortly before 3 PM to pick up the keys and finally move into your furnished apartment.

4. Our plane lands late in the evening. Will someone be able to check us in?
Yes, there will always be someone there to check you in; however late check-in fees may apply.

5. How late can I check out?
As in hotels, you will have to leave the apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest.

6. Can you recommend an apartment in a quiet neighborhood?
Keep in mind that the city is always in action. Bars and restaurants pop up all over like mushrooms after the rain. Among more quiet areas, we recommend Midtown East, Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and Brooklyn Heights. These residential districts are favorites among those seeking more tranquility, or a family-friendly atmosphere.

7. I use a wheelchair. Are any of your apartments adapted to my needs?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any furnished apartments specially adapted for wheelchair access. However, several apartments in our listing are on the ground floor and have wide doorways or large elevators.

8. We are students on vacation looking to be right in the center of the action.
The Theater District, Chelsea, Greenwich Village, the Meat Packing District and The East Village are all active areas. The Village is a HIP neighborhood full of energy, from chic piano bars to laid-back jazz joints. The Theater District draws a mixed crowd of tourists to its many shows, bars, clubs, and restaurants. The Meat Packing District is also very HIP, full of pretty people, who flock to its many designer establishments.

9. Will my apartment have Internet access?
Many of our apartments are equipped with Internet access. Please check the amenities listed with each apartment description to ensure that you choose an accommodation that features this service.

10. When will I know that my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you have paid the agency fees, your reservation will be confirmed. We will send you a written confirmation via email. Once you receive it, please verify that the details of your rental are correct.

11. When do I pay the balance?
The rest of the rental cost must be paid upon arrival in our office. If the full balance is not provided, the reservation will be canceled, and the agency fee will be lost.

12. What means of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. You have the option of paying through Paypal which is the safest and easiest way to pay online. Indeed, this service allows you to pay in any way you prefer without sharing financial information. You may also send a wire transfer.
